Emergency services have been called to a three-vehicle collision on the outskirts of Newport this afternoon.

A horsebox has come to rest in a ditch on Whitehouse Road this afternoon, causing delays on the main diversion route to Cowes.

The issue is affecting all Portsmouth–Fishbourne car ferry crossings as well as Portsmouth Harbour–Ryde Pier Head FastCat services.
