Officers were called at 5.30am today ( 1 June) to what they describe as a public order incident in Beatrice Close.
Two people were treated for minor injuries by the ambulance service
A 23 year-old man from Cowes and a 31 year-old man from East Cowes have subsequently been arrested in suspicion of affray. Both remain in custody at this time.
Enquiries are ongoing to establish what happened.
