Appeal Underway For Missing Man With Links To Isle Of Wight

An appeal has been launched after the disappearance of a man who has now been missing for more than four days.

Gary Robertson, a 36 year-old father of two, has been missing since Friday morning (July 14.)

Gary, who is of slim build, approximately 5ft 8in tall and has a slight beard, was last seen in Woking, Surrey.

He has several tattoos on his legs and also one with ‘Spurs’ written on his back.

Brother, Stuart Robertson — who lives in Nettlestone — believes Gary may be on the Isle of Wight or in the Bournemouth area but could be anywhere.

Gary was due to go on holiday with his partner Charlotte and his two young children on Monday.

Police have informed the family he hasn’t used his bank account since Friday, and that there’s no money in his account.

Stuart told Isle of Wight Radio:

"I had a message last night (Monday) from a friend of Gary's in Woking saying he saw him Friday early evening at a local BP garage and it looked like he had just finished work

"He has not been seen since.

“Gary has not been contactable since Friday and police have been unable to track his mobile from any masts to get information on his whereabouts.

"Gary is a vulnerable adult with links to the Island and Bournemouth, as I’m here and one of our sisters is in Bournemouth.

"If anyone sees Gary please contact Surrey police on 101 or myself on 07477 017215.”
