Two Suffer Minor Injuries After Briddlesford Road Crash

Two people have suffered minor injuries following a two-vehicle collision on Briddlesford Road yesterday evening (Monday).

Emergency services were called at around 6.05pm to the crash near the junction with Combley Road, where one of the vehicles left the carriageway and ended up on its side in a field, temporarily trapping those inside.

Police, fire and ambulance crews attended, and the road was closed in both directions while the scene was made safe.

Briddlesford Road has since reopened.

An investigation into the circumstances of the collision is ongoing.
