A new banking hub has opened in Ryde, becoming the second facility of its kind on the Isle of Wight.
Cash Access UK has opened a temporary hub at Ryde Town Council in Lind Street while work continues to secure a permanent location.
The facility is open from 09:00 to 17:00 on weekdays, allowing personal and business customers of major banks to withdraw and deposit cash, check balances and pay bills.
Customers can also speak privately with representatives from individual banks on designated days. Lloyds, Halifax and Bank of Scotland are available on Wednesdays, Barclays on Thursdays and NatWest on Fridays, with Monday and Tuesday arrangements yet to be confirmed.
The hub was recommended by LINK following the closure of Ryde's last remaining bank branch.
Cash Access UK chief executive Gareth Oakley said the facility would provide residents with access to cash and face-to-face banking services.
There are now two banking hubs operating on the Island, with more than 245 open across the UK.
