Emergency Services On The Scene After Crash Sees Car Flip Onto Roof

Emergency crews have rushed to Cowes this lunchtime (Thursday) after a car overturned at a well-known junction.

The incident happened on Mill Hill Road at its junction with Victoria Road, with the first reports coming in just before midday.

Isle of Wight Ambulance Service has sent multiple ambulances to the scene, while a fire engine from Newport is also attending.

Mill Hill Road is currently blocked, and Southern Vectis route 1 services are being diverted around the area.
