Robin Hill Launches New Behind-The-Scenes Documentary Series

Robin Hill Adventure Park has announced the launch of a new observational documentary series offering a behind-the-scenes look at its redevelopment.

The series, titled Saving Robin Hill, has been created in collaboration with The Isle Film Company and will premiere on the park’s official YouTube channel from (Tuesday) 21st April.

Viewers will be able to watch six episodes, released weekly, following the transformation of the 88-acre Isle of Wight attraction as it undergoes major investment and redevelopment.

The programme documents the work of the new Robin Hill partnership, led by local businessmen Lee Priddle and John Smith, as they introduce more than 15 new attractions alongside existing features such as Jungle Heights and the Toboggan Run.

The series promises an inside look at the challenges, successes and day-to-day reality of preparing the park for a new season.

Lee Priddle, Chief Executive, says the project has been a “rollercoaster” and describes the documentary as a chance to share both the highs and lows of the journey, which began as a “pub idea” and has since become reality.

Producer Jules Baker-Smith says the project captures a compelling story and that releasing episodes weekly will allow audiences to connect more closely with the park’s development.

John Smith, Chief Financial Officer, says the documentary reflects how far the team has come and hopes it will also help showcase the Isle of Wight as a visitor destination.

Saving Robin Hill will be available exclusively on the Robin Hill Adventure Park YouTube channel, with new episodes released each week from launch.
