More than 200 seasonal jobs are being offered on the Isle of Wight as Parkdean Resorts prepares for a busy holiday season.
The company, which operates 65 parks across the UK, is recruiting over 4,000 staff nationwide, driven by strong bookings for 2026.
A wide range of roles are available on the Island, including positions in accommodation, catering, food and beverage, front of house, retail and security.
Parkdean Resorts runs four holiday parks on the Isle of Wight — Lower Hyde Holiday Park, Landguard Holiday Park, Nodes Point Holiday Park and Thorness Bay Holiday Park.
The company says its Island sites have been rated highly by staff, with 96 per cent of employees saying they feel motivated in their roles and 89 per cent saying they would recommend it as a place to work.
Lisa Charles-Jones, HR Director at Parkdean Resorts, said creating memorable experiences for guests depends on its workforce, adding that the roles offer opportunities to develop skills and build careers in hospitality.
Across the UK, Parkdean Resorts employs more than 8,000 people and welcomed over three million holidaymakers last year.
The company also says dozens of its parks received TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards in 2025, making it one of the country’s most recognised holiday park operators.
