Isle of Wight’s Red Squirrel Property Shop Nominated for Four National Awards

The Isle of Wight is set to be in the national spotlight after Red Squirrel Property Shop Ltd was shortlisted for four prestigious awards at this year’s Negotiator Awards — the UK’s biggest and most respected independent awards for the estate and letting agency sector.


The Newport-based agency is a finalist in:

  • Community Champion of the Year

  • Best Letting Agent

  • Best Estate Agency

  • Best Regional Agency (South East)


The Negotiator Awards, held in partnership with Zoopla, are renowned for celebrating the very best in property, recognising excellence in estate and letting agencies, suppliers, and the wider residential property sector.

Event Director Grant Leonard said:

The black-tie gala dinner and awards presentation will take place in London as part of the Negotiator Conference & Expo 2025, the leading networking event and leadership summit for the residential property sector, hosting over 500 delegates, including associations, politicians, and industry specialists.
