Isle Of Wight Craftsman Marks 10 Years In Business

An Isle of Wight upholstery business is celebrating its 10th anniversary next week.

1st Class Covers was founded by Billy White in 2016 and will mark a decade in business on Tuesday 1st September.

The company specialises in automotive and marine upholstery, alongside bespoke covers and professional window tinting.

Its work ranges from vehicle and classic car interiors to motorbike seats, boat covers, yacht seating, furniture and headlining, with each project individually made rather than using mass-produced kits.

Founder Billy White said reaching the milestone was a “proud moment” after working on hundreds of different projects over the past decade.

He said: “I’m grateful to every customer who has trusted me with their car, boat, bike, furniture or bespoke cover project.

“The support over the past decade has meant a lot, and I’m looking forward to continuing to do what we do best.”

The business continues to serve customers from its Isle of Wight base.
