The Isle of Wight’s Chale Show has secured extra support ahead of its return this summer, with connectivity firm TrellisWorks set to provide technical and CCTV support behind the scenes.
The Island event, now in its 98th year, is the South Coast’s largest horticultural show and attracts thousands of visitors each day.
Organisers say this year could see more than 1,500 entries across categories including homegrown produce, crafts, floral displays and culinary exhibits.
Show Manager Andrew Woodford said support from volunteers and partners is vital, adding that the technical infrastructure helps keep the two-day event running smoothly.
The Chale Show takes place at Chale Recreation Ground on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd August, with children admitted free. Tickets will be available on the gate and online.
