Aspire Ryde Launches Winter Appeal To Support Island Families

Aspire Ryde has launched its Winter Fundraising Campaign to help individuals and families across the Isle of Wight struggling with the ongoing cost-of-living crisis.

This year, the charity has announced an exciting boost — the Aviva Community Fund will match every donation, pound for pound, up to £250 per contribution, effectively doubling the impact of every donation made.

The campaign aims to provide Christmas hampers, frozen meals, and ‘Bags of Warmth’ to vulnerable residents, while also offering practical help with budgeting, benefits, and wellbeing.

Everyone who receives support will be invited to a one-to-one session with an Aspire staff member or trained volunteer for personalised advice and access to further training opportunities.

Funds raised will go directly towards essential items and support for those most in need this winter.
