Yates, one of the Isle of Wight’s leading breweries, has launched it’s new product branding,
inspired by iconic Island features and landmarks.
The designs for its popular range of beers, pump clips, bottles, and glassware and real ales have been produced by Solent, the Newport-based marketing agency.
Head Brewer Josh Davies said:
‘‘The first six months of being at Yates have been a whirlwind of improvements in both consistency and flavour in the older recipes, adding new seasonals, and working closely with regular customers on the pilot kit, producing some great one-off products.
"As we move into the slower time of year, improvements are being planned for the brewery, like the brewery floor and chilling systems, to name a few.
"More recipe development with keg-can products like lagers, IPAs, pale ales, and more.
"We hope to continue building our relationships with our close customers by inviting more of you to come brew with us and maybe even have some open days trying out some new products.’’

Since its release, the new range has generated a surge of interest.
Pubs and restaurants across the Island such as the Wheatsheaf in Yarmouth which have reported soaring demand, with some beers selling out faster than usual!
Adrian Wheatsheaf in Yarmouth added:
‘‘We have always had a great relationship with Yates.
"Hayley has always been extremely helpful. Recently with the rebrand and the introduction of Josh, they have really made a big change and freshened things up.
"We love the rebrand, and customers are loving the new artwork and relatability.
"I had the pleasure of meeting Josh and watching and helping make a one-off Chocolate Stout.
"Josh was amazing; not only is he a great guy, but his knowledge of the math and science that goes into brewing is absolutely incredible, and he creates some very drinkable beers.
"He has tweaked some of the range, and his subtle changes have enhanced the beers greatly. I look forward to working with Hayley, Josh, and Yates in the future.’’
