Witnesses Sought Following Theft And Assault At Sandown Jewellers

An investigation is underway following a theft and assault at a jewellers in Sandown yesterday (Sunday).

At about 3.20pm, a man and a woman entered Sandown Jewellers on Sandown High Street.

The man stole a ring from the shop while the woman distracted a member of staff.

The man was confronted by the staff member and the man punched him before leaving the scene.
