WightAID is offering people the chance to win two Isle of Wight Festival tickets through a silent auction, with all proceeds going towards supporting the charity’s work across the Island.

WightAID supports individuals, charities and community organisations across the Isle of Wight by providing funding for projects and initiatives aimed at making a positive impact in local communities.

To take part in the auction, bidders must email admin@wightaid.org with their name, contact details and bid amount.

The silent auction will close at 5pm on Sunday (7th June).

The highest valid bid received before the deadline will be contacted directly by WightAID and will be required to make full payment before the tickets are released.

WightAID Chairman Geoff Underwood said the charity was pleased to offer the opportunity to Island residents while also raising funds for local causes.

He said:

“We are delighted to offer this opportunity to the Island community.

"Not only does it give someone the chance to attend one of the Isle of Wight’s biggest events, but every bid placed will help support WightAID’s work and the local causes we assist throughout the year.”

Those wishing to support the charity directly can also make donations via its website at https://wightaid.enthuse.com/profile.

WightAID has confirmed that full terms apply to the auction, including verification of bids, data protection requirements and the right to amend or withdraw the process if necessary.
