Vintage Tractors And Steam Engines To Roll Into Goddards Brewery For Bank Holiday Fundraiser

Vintage tractors, steam engines and classic vehicles will take centre stage at Goddards Brewery over the Late May Bank Holiday weekend as a community event returns in support of Mountbatten Isle of Wight.

The Vintage Tractor & Steam Weekender, organised with the Vectis Vintage Tractor & Engine Club, will take place on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th May from 11:00 until 17:00.

Visitors can expect displays of vintage tractors, stationary engines, steam traction engines and vintage lorries across the brewery grounds.

The event will also feature live music, family activities and food and drink throughout the weekend, with public voting taking place for favourite exhibits including Best Tractor and Best Stationary Engine.

Mountbatten Isle of Wight — the Island’s hospice charity — will also be represented on-site, with fundraising taking place throughout the event.

Entertainment includes performances from Tapestry Duo on Saturday and Emellia on Sunday, alongside a children’s drawing competition.
