Two-Car Collision Causes Delays On Upton Road In Ryde

Traffic was disrupted in Ryde this morning (Monday) after a two-car collision outside a corner shop on Upton Road.
Police were called to the scene, near the junction with St Michaels Avenue, at around 11.45am following reports of a collision involving two vehicles.
Paramedics and a fire crew from Ryde also attended to assist, with firefighters providing scene safety.
It is understood nobody suffered any serious injuries, with those involved able to get out of their vehicles without assistance.
Upton Road was temporarily blocked while emergency services dealt with the incident, leading to delays in the area.
