Southern Vectis is inviting passengers to share their views on its services as part of a new customer survey.

The award-winning bus operator says the feedback will help shape future improvements across the Island.

Nikki Honer, head of communications, said:

“We’d like as many of our customers as possible to take part in this survey, which we carry out twice a year.
"Our mission is to make bus travel as attractive as possible, encouraging more people to choose sustainable transport.
"This helps reduce congestion and improves air quality on the Isle of Wight.”

She added that Southern Vectis has already made a number of improvements, including new electric buses, enhanced journey times, upgraded bus stops, and close collaboration with the Isle of Wight Council.

“It’s important that we hear feedback on everything – the services people love, and the areas they feel we could do better," Ms Honer said.
"This is our customers’ chance to have a real say in shaping the future of bus services on the Island, and we’re looking forward to hearing from them.”

The survey is open now until Friday 3 April.

Anyone wishing to take part can do so via the Southern Vectis website at islandbuses.info.
