The Smoke House at Robin Hill Adventure Park has unveiled a brand-new menu packed with smokehouse favourites — plus the launch of its much-anticipated Sunday Roasts.

Led by owner and head chef Alex Kimber, the restaurant is showcasing bold flavours and a farm-to-fork ethos. Dishes include the Big Red Brisket (smoked for 12 hours), Smoked Spiced Sausage, Whole Seasoned Chicken, Brined and Smoked Pork Belly, BBQ Pork Ribs and Cajun Pulled Jackfruit.

For those who want to try it all, there’s a tasting tray of eight dishes, while larger groups can pre-order a whole brisket or forehammer of beef to share.

A dedicated burger menu also offers five creative options — from turkey and pork belly to spinach falafel.

The new Sunday Roast Menu is set to be a highlight, with four portion sizes ranging from £12 for children to “The Big Boy” at £26, which includes three different meats and all the trimmings.

Options include slow-smoked brisket, herb-smoked pork belly, seasoned chicken, or a vegetarian roasted red pepper and basil tart.

Chef Alex said:

“The Smoke House embraces my focus on farm-to-fork dining, and with our spectacular location and views, it’s the perfect place for lunch or dinner.
"The concept is about having fun — a relaxed time with family and friends and, of course, amazing food.”

The new menus launch on Wednesday 17 September 2025, with further food events planned over autumn and winter.
