An Isle of Wight creative agency has been recognised as one of the UK’s leading small businesses driving growth through sustainability.

NOSY Creative Agency has been selected for the Green Growth 100 – an initiative launched by Small Business Britain in partnership with BT, celebrating companies using sustainable practices as a core part of their success.

The Green Growth 100 highlights one hundred small businesses across the UK that are embedding sustainability into their operations – from reducing waste and energy use to rethinking supply chains, attracting new customers and strengthening long-term resilience.

Founded in 2018, NOSY has placed sustainability at the heart of its business model.

Through responsible operations, community activity and strategic partnerships, the Island-based agency has demonstrated how ethical practices can deliver both environmental impact and commercial success.

Founder Matt Greg said the recognition reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to greener working.

“We prioritise ethical procurement, green digital infrastructure, low-waste working practices and transparent impact reporting,” he said.
“Our team also contributes to community initiatives, including Rubbish Networking, which combines local litter-picking with relationship-building.
"Being named in the Green Growth 100 is excellent recognition of our efforts.”

Michelle Ovens CBE, CEO and Founder of Small Business Britain, said the initiative celebrates businesses proving sustainability and growth go hand in hand.

She added that NOSY is a strong example of how environmentally responsible practices can help build resilient, future-focused companies.

The Green Growth 100 follows the Government-backed Willow Review, which examined the financial benefits of sustainability for small businesses across the UK.

Chris Sims, Chief Commercial Officer for UK Business at BT, said the businesses featured are setting the benchmark for how sustainability can unlock innovation and commercial opportunity.

As part of the Green Growth 100, NOSY will now be in the running for the Green Growth Awards, hosted by BT on March 12.

Two standout businesses will receive £5,000 grants to help scale their sustainability ambitions.
