Police Seize Around 300 Cannabis Plants After Shanklin Raid

Police have seized approximately 300 cannabis plants following a raid at a property in Shanklin.

Officers attended an address in Church Road at around 8am yesterday (Tuesday 23 December) after concerns were raised about possible drug supply in the area.

Three men, aged 26, 50 and 56, were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the production of a Class B drug.

They remain in custody while enquiries continue.

Residents can expect to see an increased police presence locally as officers continue their investigation.
