Police Appeal To Find Woman Wanted Over Sandown Assault Investigation

Police are appealing for information to help find a 44-year-old woman wanted in connection with an assault investigation in Sandown.

Josephine Graney is described as having no fixed address on the Isle of Wight, and officers believe she may still be on the Island.

Police say they've carried out a number of enquiries to try to locate her and are now asking Islanders to come forward with any information about where she might be.

Graney is described as:

• White

• Around 5ft 7ins tall

• Slim

• Blue eyes

• Very long fair hair

Police are reminding people that deliberately harbouring Graney and obstructing efforts to find her could be an offence and could result in arrest.
