A new charity golf day aimed at raising funds for men's mental health services on the Isle of Wight is set to take place at Osborne Golf Course later this month.

The inaugural Mindset Bros Cup will be held on Thursday 23rd July, bringing together golfers, local businesses and supporters for a day of fundraising in aid of Island charity Mindset Bros.

The event will be played as a four-ball competition and is open to golfers of all abilities, with organisers encouraging everyone from experienced players to beginners to get involved.

Money raised will help Mindset Bros continue providing free support for men across the Isle of Wight through its Walk & Talk sessions, one-to-one support, monthly meet-ups, podcast and other community initiatives.

Alongside the golf competition, there will be a charity raffle and auction, giving attendees the opportunity to win a range of prizes while raising additional funds for the charity.

Mindset Bros is also appealing to local businesses to donate raffle or auction prizes or sponsor parts of the event, with organisers saying every contribution will help support men across the Island.

Ross Taylor, founder of Mindset Bros, said:

"The Mindset Bros Cup is about much more than golf. It's about bringing people together, creating conversations and raising the funds that allow us to continue supporting men when they need it most.
"We'd love to see businesses and members of the public get behind the event, whether that's by entering a team, donating a prize or simply coming along to support the day."

The event takes place at Osborne Golf Course on Thursday 23rd July and is open to everyone.

Businesses interested in donating prizes, sponsoring the event or finding out more can contact Mindset Bros directly via ross@mindsetbros.com.
