Man Hospitalised Following Crash Between Car And Lorry Near Ryde

Emergency services were called to West Lane, on the outskirts of Ryde, shortly before 8.30am this morning (Wednesday) following a collision between a car and a lorry.

A man involved in the crash was taken to hospital with minor injuries, while police, paramedics and firefighters attended the scene.

The incident occurred on the rural stretch of West Lane between Brading and Ashey, and authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision.
