The Isle of Wight Festival will return to Seaclose Park from 17-20 June 2027, organisers have announced.

The event will mark the 25th edition of the festival since its return in 2002, with early bird tickets going on sale at 08:00 tomorrow (Thursday 25 June) via isleofwightfestival.com.

The announcement comes just days after a sold-out weekend that saw headline performances from Lewis Capaldi, Calvin Harris and The Cure.

Festivalgoers were also treated to sets from Teddy Swims, Sex Pistols featuring Frank Carter and Tom Grennan, while The Kooks, Wet Leg, The Last Dinner Party and The K's were among the other acts performing across the weekend.

Anastacia, Five, KT Tunstall, Rita Ora, Perrie and David Gray also appeared on the line-up, alongside Alessi Rose, Rose Gray, Luvcat and The Molotovs.

Away from the music, visitors enjoyed attractions including line dancing at the Last Chance Saloon and local produce at The Grove.

Festival Director Caroline Giddings said:

"To see 55,000 people come together on the Isle of Wight this weekend was incredibly special.
"We'd like to thank everyone who joined us, as well as the artists, partners, suppliers, local community, and the many people who work and volunteer to make the festival happen each year.
"Planning for next year is already underway and we're looking forward to welcoming everyone back to Seaclose Park."

The Isle of Wight Festival first took place in 1968 and hosted artists including Jimi Hendrix, The Doors, Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell and The Who during its first three years.

Since returning in 2002, the festival has welcomed performers including The Rolling Stones, Fleetwood Mac, Sting, Paul McCartney, David Bowie, Amy Winehouse and Jay-Z.
