Three Isle of Wight pubs are celebrating after being shortlisted in the prestigious National Pub and Bar Awards 2026.

Bonchurch Inn, The Folly Inn and The Lifeboat have all been named among the South East’s top venues.

More than 250 pubs and bars across the UK have been recognised this year, with those shortlisted now invited to attend the national final in London this June.

The awards, which mark their 10th anniversary in 2026, celebrate excellence across the industry, assessing everything from customer experience and service to marketing, design and overall offering.

Organisers say the expanded format, introduced last year, will once again highlight the very best venues across the country, culminating in the announcement of county, regional and national winners.

The Isle of Wight’s shortlisted pubs will now go forward alongside others from across the South East, hoping to secure top honours at the Grand Final on 10 June.
