A new Isle of Wight meal prep business is quickly making its mark, just six weeks after launching.

Macros, a locally run company, is already producing more than 500 meals a month – with demand continuing to grow week by week.

The service focuses on providing ready-made, portion-controlled meals designed to help people stay on track with their health and fitness goals.

Each dish is prepared fresh on the Island and tailored to be nutritionally balanced, aiming to take the stress out of planning and cooking for those with busy routines.

The business has also teamed up with the Island’s only professional MMA fighter, Conor Tymon.

As part of the partnership, Macros will support his training camp ahead of an upcoming fight in Thailand later this spring, with the brand also set to feature on his fight kit.

Meals from the company will soon be available at Brotherhood MMA, further strengthening links with the Island’s fitness community.

Since launching, customers have reported that having pre-prepared meals has helped them stay consistent, reduce the pressure around food choices, and improve both their physical and mental wellbeing.

Macros says its aim is to help people build healthier routines without overcomplicating nutrition, particularly for those who may lack the time to cook or plan meals regularly.

The company delivers across the Isle of Wight twice a week at no extra cost, with all meals prepared fresh rather than frozen.

New additions to the menu, including weekly specials and overnight oats, are expected to launch soon.
