Lifeline, one of the Isle of Wight’s longest-established fire and security specialists, has strengthened its commitment to safety with major investment in staff training and compliance this year.
The company’s fire alarm engineers have recently completed advanced training on the updated BS 5839-1:2025 standard — the UK benchmark for non-domestic fire detection and alarm systems.
The programme, delivered by industry-recognised trainers, covered system design, installation best practice, commissioning and maintenance.
Lifeline has been designing, installing and supporting fire and security systems across Island businesses, heritage sites and public sector buildings for more than 35 years, earning a reputation for high-quality, fully compliant systems, as well as two national awards.
Managing Director Mark Lee said:
“Fire safety and property security is not an add-on for us — it’s our core mission.
"Our clients trust us because we pair decades of experience with a 24-hour support infrastructure that puts life safety first.”
The company specialises solely in fire and security technology, offering tailored solutions from advanced alarm systems to integrated property protection.
