From Lewis Capaldi To Galactic Glamour: Your Guide To The Sold-Out Isle Of Wight Festival 2026

A month out from the gates opening at Seaclose Park, excitement is building for the 2026 Isle of Wight Festival — and organisers have now confirmed the event is officially sold out.


Festival bosses announced on Friday (May 15) that all tickets for this year’s event, which runs from June 18-21, have now been snapped up following huge demand for a lineup headlined by Lewis Capaldi, Calvin Harris and The Cure.


The annual Newport event will once again bring some of the biggest names in music to the Island, alongside a strong mix of emerging artists, returning favourites and homegrown talent.


Thursday

The long weekend gets underway on Thursday evening with Joel Corry headlining a stellar Big Top line-up.


Joel Corry


British DJ, producer, and TV personality.


He rose to fame in 2019 with his hit single “Sorry” and has since become one of the most sought-after DJs in the UK.


Other acts on the opening evening include Maxïmo Park (below); Hot Dub Time Machine and Elvana - all set to kick-start the party in the Big Top.


Friday

Friday night will see Lewis Capaldi headline the Main Stage following his recent chart-topping comeback, while Isle of Wight indie stars Wet Leg make their Main Stage debut at the festival.


Also appearing on the Main Stage across Friday are Two Door Cinema Club, Alessi Rose and Ash. Inside the Big Top, Tom Grennan and Little Mix star Perrie lead a packed opening-night bill.


Lewis Capaldi

Scottish singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi returns to the Isle of Wight Festival as Friday night’s Main Stage headliner following a huge comeback over the past year.


The Glasgow-born star first broke through with the global smash Someone You Loved, which became one of the UK’s biggest songs of the streaming era and topped charts around the world.


Known for his emotional ballads, self-deprecating humour and massive singalong moments, Capaldi stepped back from touring in 2023 before making a high-profile return to live performances.


Wet Leg

Isle of Wight favourites Wet Leg will make their Main Stage debut at the festival this year — a major milestone for the band formed by Rhian Teasdale and Hester Chambers.


Emerging from the Island’s music scene in over the past five years, the duo - backed by the likes of quickly became one of the UK’s most talked-about indie acts thanks to the viral success of Chaise Longue and their self-titled debut album, the first of two which both topped the UK charts.


Since then, Wet Leg have gone on to achieve global success, winning BRIT Awards and Grammy Awards while touring internationally with their sharp, witty brand of indie rock.


Two Door Cinema Club

Northern Irish indie favourites Two Door Cinema Club bring their energetic festival sound to Friday’s Main Stage lineup.


Formed in County Down in 2007, the trio — Alex Trimble, Sam Halliday and Kevin Baird — became one of the defining indie bands of the early 2010s with tracks including What You Know, Undercover Martyn and Something Good Can Work.


Their debut album Tourist History helped launch the band onto the international stage, with later albums including Beacon, Gameshow and Keep On Smiling continuing their mix of indie rock, electronic influences and dancefloor-ready hooks.


Tom Grennan

Big Top headliner Tom Grennan has become one of Britain’s biggest modern pop voices over the past decade.


The Bedford-born singer first gained attention after featuring on Chase & Status track All Goes Wrong before launching a successful solo career blending pop, indie and soul influences.


Grennan has since scored multiple top 10 albums and major radio hits including Little Bit of Love, Found What I’ve Been Looking For and How Does It Feel.


Perrie

Perrie — best known as a member of Little Mix — will also headline the Big Top on Friday night as her solo career continues to grow.


After rising to fame in one of the UK’s most successful girl groups, Perrie launched solo material in 2024 with debut single Forget About Us, which reached the UK top 10.


Performing under the mononym Perrie, the singer released her debut solo album in 2025 and has spoken about embracing a broader musical style influenced by pop, rock and disco sounds.


Saturday

Saturday’s Main Stage lineup is one of the festival’s most stacked in recent memory, with Calvin Harris topping the bill.


Teddy Swims, Rita Ora, Rick Astley, Five, Anastacia and KT Tunstall are also set to perform throughout the day.


Meanwhile, the Big Top will host punk icons Sex Pistols featuring Frank Carter, alongside Feeder, The K’s, Starsailor, Circa Waves and more.


Calvin Harris

Calvin Harris is one of the world’s biggest electronic music artists and DJs, known for a long run of global hits that have dominated both clubs and charts for more than a decade.


The Scottish producer first broke through in the late 2000s with his debut album I Created Disco, before moving into mainstream pop and dance crossover success with a string of high-profile collaborations.


His catalogue includes major international hits such as We Found Love with Rihanna, Summer, Feel So Close and One Kiss with Dua Lipa, many of which have topped charts around the world.


Teddy Swims

Teddy Swims is one of the breakout vocal stars of recent years, known for blending soul, pop, R&B and country influences into a powerful modern sound.


Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, he first built an audience through YouTube covers before breaking into the mainstream with his original material.


His global rise has been driven by his distinctive voice and emotional delivery, with tracks such as Lose Control helping establish him as a major international artist.


Rita Ora

Rita Ora is one of the UK’s most recognisable pop stars, with a career spanning over a decade and multiple chart successes.


She first rose to prominence after featuring on DJ Fresh’s UK number one single Hot Right Now, before launching her own solo career with hits such as R.I.P., How We Do (Party) and Anywhere.


Beyond music, she has become a global entertainment figure, with appearances across television, fashion and film, while continuing to release new material and tour internationally.


Rick Astley

Rick Astley remains one of the most enduring British pop figures, first achieving worldwide fame in the late 1980s with his chart-topping debut single Never Gonna Give You Up.


The track became a global number one and helped launch a career that has spanned decades.


After stepping back from the spotlight in the 1990s, Astley returned strongly in the 2000s and 2010s, enjoying a resurgence in popularity and critical respect.


Five

Five are one of the defining UK boybands of the late 1990s and early 2000s, known for their blend of pop, rap and R&B. Formed in 1997, the group achieved major international success with hits including Keep On Movin’, When the Lights Go Out and Everybody Get Up.


With multiple UK number one singles and a string of sold-out tours, Five remain a staple of nostalgic pop line-ups.


Their Isle of Wight appearance brings back one of the era’s most recognisable groups for a set packed with throwback energy.


Anastacia

Anastacia is an American singer-songwriter known for her powerful, soulful voice and global success in the early 2000s.


She broke through with hits such as I'm Outta Love, which became one of the best-selling singles of 2000, alongside tracks like Left Outside Alone and Paid My Dues.


Her career has included multi-platinum albums and international tours, earning her a strong fanbase across Europe in particular.

KT Tunstall

KT Tunstall is a Scottish singer-songwriter who first came to prominence in the mid-2000s with her breakthrough album Eye to the Telescope.


The record featured the hit single Suddenly I See, which became a defining song of the era and brought her international recognition.


Known for her blend of acoustic songwriting, looping live performances and rock-influenced energy, Tunstall has continued to evolve across multiple albums.


Sex Pistols (Featuring Frank Carter)

The Sex Pistols remain one of the most influential punk bands of all time, originally forming in the 1970s and sparking a cultural movement with their raw, rebellious sound.


Their legacy includes landmark tracks such as Anarchy in the UK and God Save the Queen, which helped define the punk era.


For this tour, the band perform with Frank Carter fronting the lineup, bringing a modern edge to their historic catalogue.


Feeder

Feeder are a Welsh rock band formed in the early 1990s, known for their melodic alternative rock sound and consistent presence on the UK charts.


They achieved mainstream success with albums such as Echo Park and Comfort in Sound, featuring hits like Buck Rogers and Just a Day.


The band have maintained a strong live following over decades, with festival sets often combining nostalgia with newer material, making them a reliable crowd favourite on the UK circuit.


Sunday

Closing out the weekend on Sunday are legendary rockers The Cure, returning to the Isle of Wight Festival for the first time in 16 years.


They’ll be joined on the Main Stage by The Kooks, The Last Dinner Party and David Gray.


There will also be a special homecoming appearance from Level 42 — the globally successful band formed on the Isle of Wight in 1979 — who will make their first ever Isle of Wight Festival Main Stage appearance.


Wight Noize winner Fugo Kid, who was named Isle of Wight Radio’s most recent Emerging Artist, will open proceedings on the Main Stage on Sunday.


Elsewhere, the Sunday Big Top lineup includes Jo Whiley’s 90s Anthems, Shed Seven and Rose Gray.


The Cure

The Cure close the 2026 Isle of Wight Festival as Sunday night headliners, returning to Seaclose Park for the first time in 16 years.


Formed in the late 1970s, the band led by Robert Smith are widely regarded as one of the most influential groups in alternative rock, known for shaping the gothic and post-punk sound.


With a catalogue spanning decades, including classics such as Boys Don’t Cry, Just Like Heaven and Friday I’m in Love, The Cure remain a major live draw.


The Kooks

The Kooks bring their signature indie-pop sound to the Main Stage on Sunday, known for upbeat, guitar-driven tracks that defined the mid-2000s indie boom.


The Brighton band first broke through with their debut album Inside In / Inside Out, which featured hits like Naïve and She Moves in Her Own Way.


They’ve remained a consistent presence on the live circuit, with a catalogue that continues to resonate with festival crowds.


The Last Dinner Party

The Last Dinner Party are one of the most talked-about new British bands, known for their theatrical style and dramatic, baroque-pop influenced sound.


Their rise has been driven by strong critical attention and a distinctive visual identity.


With early releases gaining major momentum, the band have quickly stepped onto larger festival stages.


David Gray

David Gray is an English singer-songwriter best known for his global breakthrough album White Ladder, which became one of the UK’s best-selling records of the early 2000s.


It featured enduring hits such as Babylon and This Year’s Love.


Blending folk, rock and electronic elements, Gray’s music has earned him a loyal international following.


Level 42

Level 42 are a British jazz-funk and pop-rock band formed on the Isle of Wight in 1979, making their Main Stage appearance a notable homecoming.


They achieved major success in the 1980s with hits like Lessons in Love and Running in the Family.


Known for their musicianship and groove-led sound, the band remain closely associated with both UK pop and jazz-fusion scenes.


Fugo Kid

Fugo Kid, winner of Wight Noize and one of Isle of Wight Radio’s most recent Emerging Artists, opens the Main Stage on Sunday.


As part of the Island’s new wave of talent, the set marks a major step up to one of the UK’s biggest festival stages.


Jo Whiley’s 90s Anthems brings a nostalgia-driven set celebrating some of the decade’s biggest alternative and pop hits, curated by the BBC Radio 2 presenter.


Shed Seven remain one of the key bands of the Britpop era, known for singalong tracks like Chasing Rainbows and Disco Down, and continue to tour to strong festival crowds.


Other stages

Away from the headline stages, the Kashmir Café Stage will once again showcase an eclectic line-up featuring Newton Faulkner, Mr. B The Gentleman Rhymer, Mad Dog McRae, Brave Rival, Year of the Dog and Jo-Jo and the Teeth, alongside a host of emerging acts.


The Platform One Stage will continue its tradition of championing upcoming talent from the Island and beyond, with performers including Georgia Nicole set to appear across the weekend.


Festival organisers also previously unveiled this year’s official fancy dress theme — Galactic Glamour & Space Oddities — encouraging festivalgoers to embrace futuristic fashion, sci-fi inspired costumes and cosmic disco vibes.
