The Environment Agency has issued multiple flood alerts across the Isle of Wight, warning that further heavy rain on Tuesday could lead to flooding in several areas.
Alerts are in force for Gurnard Luck, St Johns in Ryde, the Eastern Yar, Lukely Brook and the River Medina.
River levels are already high following recent wet weather, with up to 20mm of additional rain forecast through the day, easing later this evening.
At Gurnard Luck, flooding could affect gardens and properties near Marsh Road, with river levels expected to rise further around high tide.
In Ryde, rising levels on Monktonmead Brook could impact railway tracks near St Johns Station, although flooding to station buildings is not currently expected.
Along the Eastern Yar, flooding may affect a small number of properties in Alverstone and Langbridge, with gardens at Whitwell, Moreton Common Road and Brading also at risk.
Lukely Brook could overflow between Carisbrooke and Newport, potentially affecting Castle Street, Vicarage Walk and nearby roads and parked cars.
On the River Medina, flooding is possible at Blackwater, including Blackwater Hollow on the A3020, Sandy Lane and areas around Shide.
The Environment Agency says it is closely monitoring river levels, clearing blockages and operating sluices where necessary.
Residents in affected areas are advised to activate any flood protection measures, move vehicles away from flood-prone locations and avoid low-lying roads near rivers.
