Cowes Nail Salon Closes With Immediate Effect

A nail salon in Cowes has announced its closure with immediate effect, less than a year after opening its doors.

First Nails, which was based next to the Red Jet terminal, informed customers of the decision in a message sent earlier this week.

In the communication, the business apologised for the short notice and described the closure as a "very difficult and unexpected" decision, citing "urgent and unavoidable reasons".

The salon thanked customers for their support and understanding following the announcement.

First Nails held its grand opening in December 2024 and had operated from premises on Cowes' waterfront.

While no formal statement has been published on the salon's social media channels, its Facebook page currently lists the business as permanently closed.
