Two staff members from Bembridge care homes have been recognised at Hartford Care’s annual awards, held last week at the Utilita Bowl.

Effort Rumbie Mazvidza, Senior Care Assistant at The Elms, was named Senior Nurse of the Year for her dedication, professionalism, and the warmth she brings to residents, colleagues, and families.

Aneesh Nair, a care assistant at Inver House, received the ‘Caring for Each Other’ Award, one of three special prizes recognising outstanding compassion and support within Hartford Care’s team.

The awards celebrate the company’s team members across England and Wales, with winners chosen following nominations from residents, family members, visitors, and staff.

Directors at Hartford Care then selected the winners from the submissions.

Emma Jones, Operations Director at Hartford Care, praised both winners, highlighting their dedication, kindness, and positive impact on residents and colleagues alike.

These honours underline the commitment of Bembridge care home staff to providing exceptional care and support every day.
