BCM Wilson Hill Expands Residential Lettings Team With New Partner Appointment

Property consultancy BCM Wilson Hill has expanded its residential lettings team with the appointment of Matthew White as a new partner.

Mr White joins the firm at its Merstone office, bringing experience from previously leading a large residential lettings agency on the Isle of Wight.

His addition is expected to strengthen the company’s lettings and property management offering as demand in the rental sector continues.

BCM Wilson Hill currently manages several hundred residential tenancies across the Island.

The firm says the appointment comes at a time of increased regulatory focus within the private rented sector, with further changes expected under the forthcoming Renters’ Rights legislation.

Matthew White said he was looking forward to working with Island landlords during a period of change for the sector, particularly around compliance and long-term property management.

David Long, a partner at BCM Wilson Hill, said the firm works with a significant number of clients who hold residential lettings portfolios and described the appointment as a move to add specialist expertise to the business.

The company says it will continue to support landlords with property management, compliance, and rental strategy as the market evolves.
