Ballyrags Comedy Club To Light Up The Needles

Ballyrags Comedy Club has announced that acclaimed stand-up comedian Adam Bloom will be headlining a special night of comedy at The Needles tomorrow (April 3).

Known for his razor-sharp wit, lightning-fast delivery, and inventive punchlines, Bloom has been a powerhouse of the UK comedy scene for over two decades.

Praised by Ricky Gervais as “one of my favourite stand-up comedians,” Bloom’s influence on comedy is undeniable.

In addition to performing, he will be hosting an exclusive comedy masterclass during his stay, sharing insights from his book, Finding Your Comic Genius: An In-Depth Guide to the Art of Stand-Up Comedy, with a group of comedians from the Island and beyond.

A regular on Mock the Week, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, and Russell Howard’s Good News, Bloom’s unique comedic style has captivated audiences worldwide.

With performances at the Edinburgh Festival, across Europe, and on international stages, this one-night-only event promises to be an unforgettable evening of laughter.

Supporting Bloom is rising comedy star Jake Donaldson. Known for his sharp observational humour and deeply personal storytelling, Jake’s comedy explores everything from mental health to modern life with warmth and wit.
