Appeal Following Serious Collision In Sandown

Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a serious collision in Sandown.

Officers were called at 1.50pm on 21 July following a report of a collision on Broadway, on the zebra crossing near the junction with Winchester Park Road.

This involved a pedestrian and a grey Skoda Kamiq.

The pedestrian, a woman in her 70s, suffered serious injuries and is being treated in hospital.
