Air Ambulance Called Out After Man Seriously Injured In Ryde Bin Lorry Incident

A man has suffered serious injuries as a result of an incident involving a bin lorry in Ryde.

The Kent, Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance have landed in the town as a result.

Emergency services were called to Spencer Road at around 1.40pm this afternoon (Tuesday).

Police were called at 1.49pm and remain in attendance.
