The Isle of Wight Mental Health Support Team is celebrating five years of supporting young people, having delivered more than 5,200 one-to-one sessions since launching in 2021.

Throughout the day, attendees were able to take part in a wide range of activities focused on holistic health and alternative wellbeing practices.

A major new wellbeing event is heading to the Island this month, with organisers promising a full day of holistic experiences, talks and hands-on workshops.
