People on the Isle of Wight are taking part in a ground-breaking clinical trial which could pave the way for a new national screening programme for oesophageal cancer.

Asda on St George’s Way remains closed today after a power outage forced the store to shut abruptly yesterday.

A woman attended Asda on St George’s Way on 16 October and 17 October and bought several high value items, but used a barcode on her phone to only pay £1 for each item.
