STORM EUNICE: ALL Isle Of Wight Cross-Solent Travel Suspended As Winds Reach 122mph

BREAKING: All cross-Solent services to and from the Isle of Wight have been suspended today (Friday), as wind gusts top 120mph.

All Red Funnel car ferries and the Red Jet have been cancelled.

Hovertravel services are suspended.

Wightlink's Yarmouth to Lymington ferry and the Portsmouth to Fishbourne route have also been suspended, along with the FastCat service.

Wind gusts have been recorded of 122mph on the Island at The Needles.

All schools are closed on the Island.

A RED weather warning is in place for wind on the Island.
