Emergency services were called to Newchurch this morning (Saturday) after a car rolled down a hill and into a hedge.
Road closures remain in place between Alverstone Road and Skinners Lane this afternoon as a result of a suspected malfunctioning handbrake on a white Audi.
A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said:
"We received a report of a single-vehicle road traffic incident at 8.12am today on Skinners Hill in Newchurch.
"A white Audi had rolled down a hill, through a hedge and is partially blocking Skinners Lane after what is believed to be a malfunctioning handbrake.
"Road closures are currently in place between Alverstone Road and Skinner Lane to allow for recovery of the vehicle."
Nobody was reported injured as a result of the accident.
