Wing Walk Fundraiser For St Catherine’s School Nears £3,000

A fundraising challenge involving a wing walk is approaching the £3,000 mark in support of St Catherine’s School in Ventnor.

Marc’s Wing Walk is raising money for the school, which supports children with speech, language and communication needs.

The challenge will see a participant take part in a Level 3 Wing Walk, reaching heights of up to 2,000 feet above the ground.

The experience includes a number of aerial manoeuvres, including loops, rolls and barrel rolls.

Money raised will go towards the school’s fundraising efforts, helping provide additional opportunities and resources for its pupils.

With the total now close to £3,000, organisers are hoping to raise even more through the challenge.

There are also still spaces available on the next wing walk, which is taking place on Friday, September 4.
