Weather Update: Sunshine To Replace Early Low Cloud As Day Progresses

A pleasant week of weather on the Island will see continue into mid-week, with a cloudy and misty start giving way to sunshine.
There will also be low cloud and hill fog to contend with in the early hours.
Conditions will gradually improve, with cloud breaking to allow for some lengthy sunny spells later on.
Highs of 11°C are reported by the IW Met Service, with Easterly winds reaching up to 18mph.
Outlook for Thursday to Saturday
Thursday will be dry, mild and bright with plenty of sunny spells.
Cloud and showery rain will move in from the west through the evening and overnight, turning locally heavy.
Friday will be cloudy with a few light showers in the morning.
Turning increasingly dry through the day. Saturday looks to become overcast with the risk of some spots of light rain or drizzle.
