With roadworks and long diversions causing traffic delays getting in and out of Cowes, Van

Mossel Esplanade has taken the proactive step to make it easier for customers to explore their next new car — without the hassle of navigating road closures.

In a move designed to put customer convenience first, the team from the leading island

dealership is now offering at-home test drives during the Horsebridge Hill disruption, bringing selected vehicles directly to customers' doors.

"We’re a local business, and that means being flexible when our customers need it. The current roadworks are causing frustration for many islanders," said Brendan Cole, Head of Business at Van Mossel Esplanade.
"Our goal is to remove that inconvenience entirely. If someone sees a car they’re interested in, we’ll bring it to them, anywhere on the Island — simple as that."

The initiative comes as part of Van Mossel Esplanade's ongoing commitment to customer-first service and reflects a broader effort to be more responsive to customers’ needs — whether that’s working around their schedule, offering remote services, or simply helping them avoid unnecessary delays.

By bringing the showroom experience to people’s homes, the dealership is showing how they can stay connected to their customers and adapt to challenges — while still offering the personal touch and friendly service they’re known for.

For more information or to book an at-home test drive, customers can contact Van Mossel

Esplanade directly on 523232 or visit www.esplanade.co.uk.
