Tributes have been paid to two of the victims of yesterdays fatal helicopter crash on the Isle of Wight.
Polish nationals Justyna Czoska and Wojtek Kowalkowski were two of the people on board the Robinson R44 light helicopter, which crashed close to Shanklin Road, shortly after taking off from Sandown Airport.
In a Facebook post, Justyna's daughter, Julia Buzar, said:
"I have no words. The world took my mum too soon, she was the best mum you could ask for, loved by everyone. I never thought I'd be writing something like this.
"Please, if anyone could help bring them back to Poland so they can be with their families, it would mean the world to me. Rest in peace, mum and Wojtek."
It's understood that the helicopter had been taking part in flying lessons at the time. It's also been confirmed that its pilot also lost their life.
One person remains in hospital in Southampton.
A GoFundMe appeal has been launched to repatriate both Justyna and Wojtek to Poland. You can find it here.
