Westover Farm Pumpkins is back this October for its third year of family fun, autumn adventures and picture-perfect moments.
Now firmly established as a favourite Island tradition, the pick-your-own patch will open every weekend in October and throughout half term.
Spread over 10 acres in the West Wight countryside, the patch offers more than 20 varieties of pumpkins, squashes and gourds in every size, shape and colour. Visitors can grab a wheelbarrow, wander through the fields and choose their perfect pumpkin, all while enjoying the backdrop of the scenic downs and resident scarecrows.
Returning favourites include jacket potatoes, pumpkin-spiced lattes and hot chocolates, with plenty of photo opportunities around the patch. New for 2025 are Friday sessions: Pumpkin Patch Playtime for Little Pumpkins on Friday mornings (10am–12pm) with crafts, play, stories and hot chocolate, plus quieter Friday afternoons (10th & 17th October) ideal for home-schoolers, toddlers and those who prefer smaller crowds.
Entry is free with no booking required, except for Friday morning sessions. Parking, toilets, refreshments and card payments are available on site.
