Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary is appealing for witnesses after a man indecently exposed himself on Worsley Road, Gurnard, on Sunday evening (17 August).
At around 7.20pm, a 62-year-old woman in a vehicle saw a man exposing himself in the street. He did not speak to her, no physical contact was made, and she was not hurt.
Police have now released an image of a man they believe was in the area at the time and would like to speak to him as part of ongoing enquiries. He is described as:
White
Average height, medium build
Grey hair
Wearing a dark-coloured baseball cap, light blue t-shirt, dark-coloured top and Adidas trainers
Tattoo on the top of his right arm
Officers from the Neighbourhood Policing Team are carrying out regular patrols.
They are also investigating whether this incident could be linked to an exposure case previously reported at Cowes Recreation Park on Park Road on Sunday 4 May.
Anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting reference 44250372159, or submit details online via the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary website here.
