A Northwood resident is celebrating after winning £5,000 in the Isle of Wight Lottery's Summer Prize Draw.
Kim, who moved to the Island from Weston-super-Mare in 2014, has supported the lottery for more than a decade and was presented with her £5,000 cheque this week.
She now plans to use her winnings to book a cruise around the Greek Islands in September.
Kim said: “Winning £5,000 means we'll now be able to book the Greek Islands cruise we had planned for September.
“I've always supported the Isle of Wight Lottery because it helps local businesses and good causes, so I'm absolutely over the moon.”
The Isle of Wight Lottery was established in 2001 to support local enterprise, providing interest-free loans to Island businesses and start-ups.
Organisers say more than £1.3 million has been loaned to local organisations since its launch, helping to create more than 450 jobs.
Sharon Whiten, from the Isle of Wight Lottery, said: “Kim's win is a great example of how players' continued support helps make a real difference.”
Alongside its special prize draws, the lottery offers players the chance to win £1,000 each week, as well as ten £100 prizes.
