Residents are being reminded there’s still time to take part in Island Roads’ annual customer survey and share their views on the highway services across the Isle of Wight.
The survey helps Island Roads assess everything from road maintenance and resurfacing to traffic management, street lighting, grass cutting, winter services, and overall customer support.
Steve Ashman, Service Director at Island Roads, said:
“Of all the ways we measure our performance, this survey is particularly important.
"It shows us how the local community views our services, what works well, and where we can improve.
"We really value every response and encourage anyone who hasn’t taken part yet to spend a few minutes completing it.”
The survey opened on Monday 1 September and closes at midnight tonight.
Residents can access it on the Island Roads homepage or directly via this link.
Don’t miss the chance to have your say and help shape the Island’s roads and services.
