Island Roads is asking Islanders to rate the services it provides as part of its annual customer survey.

The survey covers everything from road and footway resurfacing to winter maintenance, verge cutting, street cleaning, cycle track upgrades and customer service.

Residents can also give feedback on reporting tools such as Fix My Street and the company’s community work, including grants from the Isle of Wight Foundation.

This year, Island Roads says it has resurfaced more than 17 kilometres of road across the Island – including Marshcombe Shute, Bowcombe Road and Newport/Freshwater Road – while also carrying out ongoing maintenance schemes.

Service Director Steve Ashman said the annual survey is “a key way to understand how residents feel about the way we deliver services” and helps shape priorities for the year ahead.

The survey runs from Monday 1 September to Tuesday 30 September 2025 and can be completed online at www.islandroads.com.

Paper and large print copies are also available by emailing info@islandroads.com
