A much-loved Isle of Wight community festival is set to return to Ryde seafront later this month, bringing two days of free live music, food, family entertainment and local stalls to the Eastern Gardens.
Ticket to Ryde, organised by Jack Up Events in partnership with Ryde Town Council, will take place on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th May 2026 from 10am until 7pm each day.
Now in its 12th year, the free festival has become a popular fixture in Ryde’s Late May Bank Holiday celebrations, welcoming both Island residents and visitors to the seafront opposite Ryde Harbour.
Live music will begin from 11:30am on both days, with performances from a wide range of Isle of Wight artists and bands including Taboo, Wight Hot Pipes, Greg Barnes Music, Emellia, The Amy Jolliffe Band, Pistol Knights, Side Hustle, Double Take, It’s Not A Phase Mom – The Pop Punk Experience and Steve Love’s Island Songs.
Music will continue through until 6:30pm each evening, with organisers promising a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere throughout the weekend.
Visitors will also be able to browse a variety of local trade and market stalls, alongside food vendors serving burgers, loaded fries, Whitby scampi, Italian pizza, mac and cheese, cakes, crepes and candy floss.
A real ale bar hosted by Island Ales will also be available on site.
Children’s activities will include opportunities to create personalised badges, keyrings, fridge magnets and stickers, while adults can enjoy the live entertainment and seafront setting.
This year’s nominated charity partner is Alzheimer Cafe Isle of Wight, which supports people affected by dementia and memory loss through its cafés and services across the Island.
Organisers say the festival was originally created to provide accessible live entertainment for Island residents at no cost, while celebrating local talent, community spirit and culture.
No advance tickets are required for the event.
